Formation of New Industrial Growth Platform, Inc. as IGPI Group Transitions to a Holding Company Structure

Industrial Growth Platform, Inc. （Managing Partner: Takashi Muraoka, hereinafter “IGPI” ）was newly established on October 1, 2024, following the transition of IGPI Group to a holding company structure. IGPI has inherited the trade name and will operate as a business entity responsible for consulting and minority investment businesses.

As part of this transition, exploration investments and group management functions have been consolidated into the pure holding company, IGPI Group, Inc., while IGPI will focus on further enhancing its consulting and minority investment businesses.
